At Our Lady of Peace, we've created an environment that is truly home-like, in which we provide round-the-clock skilled nursing care that promotes residents' entire well-being. We are committed to providing optimum care in a setting that promotes dignity and respect for all residents.
Upon admission to Our Lady of Peace, nurses and therapists will work in collaboration with the attending physician to design a plan of care that's individualized to each resident's needs. Both our short term care and our long term care services are focused on helping residents thrive and feel at home. Attention is given to all aspects of our residents' lives, including their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
In order to ensure residents have convenient access to all the services they need, Our Lady of Peace provides on-site medical, dental and vision care as well as beauty and barber services. Ongoing rehabilitation services, including our specialized orthopedic rehabilitation services, are available, depending upon a resident's needs. Residents are also entertained through daily in-house activities, as well as regular off-site trips to shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Our Lady of Peace has been thoughtfully designed to feel open, modern and inviting, helping residents feel at home and encouraging them to interact with other residents and care providers.
Traditional care is provided in its own "neighborhood," with common areas that include a secure fireplace, entertainment center and extra wide corridors. Our chapel, with beautiful stained glass windows that date back a century, is also located on-site to give residents, staff and family members a peaceful place to relax and reflect.
Private or companion rooms are equally comfortable, with a secure window at each bedside and individual temperature controls. Residents look forward to appetizing meals at Our Lady of Peace, which are served on authentic china in our comfortable dining area.

Registered professional nurses are on staff 24 hours a day, providing care for chronic and acute medical conditions.
